Our manufacturing process is effective and virtually eliminates the shipment of defective products. Consequently, if any product is dispatched with a defect in craftsmanship or materials, RespondersPro CNANADA will promptly provide a replacement at no cost. 

Please take note that even when working with premium materials, there might be a slight variations in colour, clarity, and finish. These slight variations are an integral part of the manufacturing process and therefore are not considered as defects.

Product Dimensions & Weights:

Due to the custom nature of our products, the dimensions, etch areas, capacities, and weights provided are approximate and may vary.

Product Availability:

At RespondersPro.ca, we prioritize the availability of our products to ensure customer satisfaction. However due to the nature of custom  manufacturing please contact our sales team for confirmation of product availability, pricing, project lead time, and all other details.

Production Time:

Standard production time is typically 21 calendar days from the approval of artwork.

Please contact our team with artwork, design ideas, quantity to confirm the production time for your unique project. Ship dates are determined by factors such as quantity, process options, and other variables, and are confirmed at the time of order.

Artwork:

To ensure the utmost quality, we exclusively accept Vector art in sharp Black & White contrast in .eps or .ai formats. Please be advised that submitting artwork that is not production-ready may lead to additional charges and a possible delay in delivery.

 

Dies & Molds:

Please note that all tools, dies, molds, and tapes are the exclusive property of RespondersPro.ca and shall remain within the premises of our factory. Inactive tools, dies, tapes, and molds may be disposed of without prior notice.

Damages:

All products undergo a thorough inspection and are expertly packaged for shipping. However, in the event of any damages, we kindly request that you directly contact the shipping company to initiate the damage claims process.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due at the time of order, unless otherwise specified by RespondersPro.ca.

By submitting designs to RespondersPro CANNADA, you acknowledge and certify that they fully comply with all applicable laws governing copyright, trademark, patent registration, and privacy regulations at the time of submission. Furthermore, you, as the customer, assume complete responsibility for these matters and agree to hold RespondersPro.ca blameless against any claims, damages, costs, or expenses associated with legal actions resulting from the use of your supplied materials. Please note that unless explicitly stated in writing, we retain the right to utilize products created by RespondersPro.ca for advertising and display purposes. This includes Almar International and all affiliated entities.
